Meet The Renew Dental Team

Dr. DiMarco – Dentist

Dr. Bryan DiMarco, born and raised in Winnipeg, is a dedicated dentist who brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his practice. After graduating from St Paul’s High School, he pursued his education at the University of Manitoba, where he earned a Bachelor of Science. Driven by his passion for dentistry, he continued his studies at the University of Manitoba Faculty of Dentistry, graduating in 2015 with a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree and a Bachelor of Science in Dentistry for his research in the field.

With several years of experience as an associate dentist in Winnipeg, Dr. DiMarco is committed to staying at the forefront of dentistry. He dedicates hundreds of hours each year to ongoing training and learning, ensuring that he can provide the latest techniques and services to his patients. Dr. DiMarco’s ultimate goal is to create a dental home for all his patients’ needs, continually expanding his knowledge and skills to deliver exceptional care.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. DiMarco cherishes time with his beautiful wife, enjoying the company of their family, friends, and two dogs. He is an enthusiastic supporter of the Winnipeg Jets and has a passion for football, golfing, reading, and travel.

Jenelle – Office Manager

Jenelle comes to Renew Dental with a wealth of healthcare knowledge, drawn from her background in clinical nursing. She has valuable experience working as a family medicine nurse at Grace Hospital before transitioning into a position as an Infection Control and Prevention Professional with the WRHA at Deer Lodge Centre. In 2023, she joined the team at Renew Dental as Office Manager, where she finds joy in getting to know patients and their families while collaborating with the amazing staff at Renew Dental.

Jenelle’s passion lies in creating a positive, welcoming, and comfortable environment at Renew Dental. Her commitment to ensuring the team works together to provide compassionate and collaborative dental services is unwavering.

During her personal time, Jenelle indulges in reading, gardening, and spending quality moments with her family, friends, and beloved dogs. She resides in Bridgwater and loves to explore the area through biking, walking, and embracing all that the community has to offer.

Sarah – Dental Hygienist

Meet Sarah, our exceptional dental hygienist! With honors from Confederation College in Thunder Bay, Ontario, Sarah graduated as a dental hygienist in 2008. Originally from Newfoundland, she made her way to the prairies to pursue her dental hygiene career and has since fallen in love with the Bridgwater area and its community. Sarah is thrilled to engage with the community, meet new people, and deliver top-quality dental hygiene services.

Sarah is passionate about her role as a dental hygienist and values building relationships with her patients. She ensures that each patient feels informed and comfortable throughout their entire visit. Sarah’s goal is to assist all patients in achieving optimal oral health through education and clinical practice. By staying up to date with evidence-based learning and new clinical techniques, she provides exceptional dental hygiene services.

When she’s not at work, Sarah enjoys exploring Bridgwater with her husband, toddler, and two yorkies. While she loves to travel, most of her time off is dedicated to visiting family and friends in Newfoundland.

Upasna – Dental Hygienist

Graduating from the Vancouver College of Dental Hygiene in 2020, Upasna has been an integral part of the Renew Dental team since June 2023. Her passion lies in educating and empowering her patients to attain optimal hygiene and overall health. What she cherishes most about her role is the ability to establish strong connections with her patients, prioritizing their comfort and well-being above all else.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Upasna finds joy in the company of her friends, family, and her feline companions, Lumous and Nox. Her interests encompass the culinary arts, ranging from cooking to baking, and she also finds solace in the art of singing. Eagerly looking ahead, she anticipates the opportunity to welcome new friendly faces and provide them with the highest standard of dental care.

Antonia – Dental Assistant

In June 2022, Antonia proudly graduated from CDI Intra Oral Dental Assisting. Her professional journey led her to a role as a pediatric assistant, and she eventually found her home at Renew Dental, working alongside Dr. Bryan DiMarco. Antonia derives immense satisfaction from closely collaborating with patients to ensure their dental experiences are nothing short of exceptional. Her commitment to her role as a dental assistant fuels her desire for continuous learning and growth in the field.

Beyond the dental clinic, Antonia resides in Niverville, a place she affectionately calls home. Here, she unwinds by indulging in her passion for reading, engaging in a game of TFT, and spending quality time with her beloved German Shepherd/Husky dog and her boyfriend. She also cherishes moments with friends and embraces the opportunity to explore new activities and restaurants in the city.

Kaylee – Dental Assistant

Kaylee was born and raised in rural Manitoba. Her journey in Dentistry began in 2015 after graduating from Red River College. For several years, she served as Dr. DiMarco’s Assistant at another practice until he opened his own clinic, where she quickly joined him!

Kaylee’s true passion lies in collaborative teamwork, aiming to create a positive and enjoyable experience for all patients. She finds fulfillment in helping patients feel comfortable and overcoming any dental anxieties they may have. Committed to continuous learning, she stays up-to-date with the latest dental technologies, ensuring top-notch care for everyone.

During her spare time, Kaylee is a devoted mother to her two young children and a caring wife. Besides her dental career, she engages in a side hustle with Epicure™. Among her hobbies are working out, camping, and exploring her culinary skills while cherishing moments with family and friends. In the summer, you’ll find her at their seasonal campsite in St Malo, where she enjoys paddle boarding and floating along the river!

Brandi – Dental Receptionist

Brandi is a valuable member of the Renew Dental team, bringing along several years of invaluable clerical healthcare experience. In her most recent role, she contributed her expertise to both Orthopaedic Surgery and Pediatric Surgery. Embarking on a fresh and exciting career journey within the dental field, she eagerly anticipates the opportunity to meet and assist the wonderful patients who step into the office. Brandi’s primary aim is to ensure that every individual feels genuinely welcome and completely at ease from the moment they enter.

Having been a resident of the Bridgwater area for the past 14 years, Brandi, alongside her husband and beloved fur baby, takes joy in their close-knit community. Their routine involves leisurely strolls around the neighborhood, often pausing for friendly chats with their neighbors. Recently, they embraced a new hobby—purchasing a tandem kayak—that perfectly complements their love for outdoor activities. Additionally, they share a passion for golfing and eagerly exploring new dining establishments in Winnipeg during their leisure hours.
